Warranty
 
Most new items sold by us have a limited 12 month warranty against faulty parts and workmanship, unless otherwise stated. We will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion within 7 days wherever practically possible.

Liability of Goods
 
EA Instruments Ltd shall not be liable to the Buyer by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, for any consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for consequential compensation or otherwise, which arise out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods or their use or resale by the Buyer or any delay or failure on the part of the Seller to supply the Goods in whole or in part.

 
Return of goods
 
Before you return any goods you must ask us for Authorisation.
Please discuss a problem with an item which you bought from us, with one of our Service engineers first, we may be able to resolve any technical queries at this stage.
 
If you need to return anything we recommend that you use a delivery service that requires a signature. Please do enclose full details of the reason for return of the item. Please do also include your full address details, invoice number and authorisation number.
 
We try to deal with returns as quickly as possible. In rare cases, when the replacement of the returned item takes longer, we will notify you immediately.

 
Prices
 
Prices are always quoted in UK Pounds.

 
Payment Terms
 
Net 30 days to approved accounts within the United Kingdom.

Pre-approved accounts are available to Schools, Colleges and Government establishments.

Export orders are payable by Cheque or T/T direct to our Bank in advance. Orders being paid by T/T will have 15.00 added to cover bank charges.

The goods remain the property of EA Instruments Ltd until paid for in full.

Trade Marks and Logos
 
All trademarks and logos are recognised as belonging to their respective owners.

Jurisdiction
 
The use of this site and these terms and conditions shall be governed in all respects by English law and English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute, claims or other matters arising out of the use of this site or the information appearing on it.

Any dispute arising in connection with the sale of the Goods shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
